Flex EX Series of radio controls provides a

standard cost-effective solution to the restrictive use of hard-

wired cabling. Flex EX radios are durable and rugged, yet

designed to be ergonomic and lightweight. These reliable

systems come in 4, 8 and 12 button styles to meet all your

applications. Indoor or outdoor, the IP66 rated fully sealed

receiver enclosure can provide you with conﬁ dence and

protection in the harshest environments.

FLEXIBLE AND EFFICIENT PERFORMANCE

• System Compatibility – Transmitters and receivers can be

made compatible by transferring the I-CHIP modules or by

in-ﬁ eld programming, minimizing spare parts inventory.

• Superior Controls – Advanced microprocessor controls with 32 bit CRC and Hamming Code provide

ultra-fast, safe, precise and error-free encoding and decoding.

• Abundant Programmable Functions – Each system is equipped with more than 200 programmable

functions to suit all types of applications, including tandem, mode shift and receiver select.

• Tandem Operation – Two operators can control two machines independently and simultaneously.

• Receiver Select Operation – Allows one operator to control six separate receiver units from one

handheld remote simultaneously or independently.

• Low Power Consumption – A transmitter requires only two “AA” alkaline batteries with more than

100 hours of operation. A rechargeable battery pack is also available.

• Reliable Push Buttons – The push buttons have gold-plated contacts and are rated for more

than one million press cycles. The deﬁ ned snap-action steps provide positive tactile feedback

even while wearing gloves.

• Durable & Rugged Enclosures – All enclosures are made from industrial-strength nylon and

ﬁ berglass composite materials.

• 62 User-Programmable Channels – Our advanced

synthesized RF controls mean no more ﬁ xed

channels or fragile quartz crystals to break.

• Over One Million Unique ID Codes (20 Bit) – Each

Flex EX system has its own unique identiﬁ cation

codes and never repeats.
